PL-10 Turnout Motor (Switch Machine)

Excellent little turnout motor with a smooth action. It is rugged, reliable and well valued compared to alternatives. It can also be used as an alternative to the Hornby turnout motor for use under Hornby points, or in Hornby Point Motor Housings, however the pins need to be bent inwards to fit to the either of these. Wires can be soldered directly to the tags, or the PECO connectors and shrouds (PL-31) can be used which enables the user to adjust which exit of the point is the 'main track' by simply switching the contacts over, without the need to unsolder the tags.

I personally prefer these to the Hornby equivalent (which have let me down in the past) however you need to be aware that they will not fit the Hornby points without slight modification.
